| When ordering be sure to include the
correct part number and a brief description of the part. Be sure to include full payment plus freight (we refund excess
freight). We do not ship open account. Please send Money Order or check with order. Do not
send cash . Emergency C.O.D. service on telephone orders. All C.O.D. orders shipped
"cash only"! Be Sure to have correct amount on hand to avoid delivery delays.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will ship your order the cheapest, fastest way,
usually UPS. Heavy and large items will be shipped via truck. Add 15% for small items such
as rubber parts, door handles, etc. Add 20% for large and heavy items such as running
boards, fenders etc.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after they
are received. If we are currently out of stock on any part we will back order that part
for no longer then 8 to 10 days. If at that time we can not complete your order you will
receive a refund check, not a credit memo. We will advise as to an approximate time to
reorder.
GUARANTEED SATISFACTION
Merchandise is sold without warranty, either
expressed or implied only that your satisfaction is guaranteed on all parts used as
originally intended or purchase price will be cheerfully refunded if returned within 30
days of purchase. Please check order upon receipt to be sure all items are as ordered. No
returns after 90 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned items must be accompanied by a letter of
explanation, a copy of the original invoice and must be returned prepaid. No C.O.D.
shipments will be accepted. All return items must be in there original condition as
received and in there original packaging. All returned items subject to a 25% restocking
charge. If merchandise is defective, or was shipped by our error, postage will be
refunded.

We will try to maintain prices as listed on this
site. But do to the ever changing market we reserve the right to price changes without
notice.
OVERSEAS & CANADIAN ORDERS
Allow 30% for shipping by regular Parcel Post. For
air Parcel Post, please check with your local Post-Office. Payment must accompany orders
in U.S. dollars, International money order, or bank draft. No COD outside U.S.
DAMAGES IN SHIPPING
Damaged merchandise must be held in the original
master carton for inspection by the common carrier. you must contact the carrier, UPS or
other, and they will initiate a damage claim. DO NOT return the damaged item
to us as further shipping will result in loss of claim settlement.
